Terms of entry Please pay attention to the bounce rules and terms that must be adhered to at all of our parks. * All jumpers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the session start time and allow time for parking especially at busy times as this may have to be off estate due to our limited parking on site. We recommend car sharing or public transport where possible. * Every person jumping must have watched our safety briefing video, read and completed a Inflata City waiver form before using the park. * All jumpers must be 3 years of age or over (excluding specific Toddlers sessions). * For any person under 18, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before you can bounce. * Jumpers must wear a valid coloured Inflata City wristband at all times during the session. * Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park. * Look out for other bouncers and give way to the smaller ones and observe all park rules and instructions. * Bouncers must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian. * Pregnant women or people with health concerns are advised not to bounce, the cafe is the ideal place for you! * We recommend bouncers with heart, back or neck conditions or with weak limbs caused by previous fractures should seek medical advice before participating. * No running, tackling or rough play. * Always land with two feet and aim to stay in the middle of the area, never bounce onto the padding around the edge of the mat. * Do not operate mobile phones, cameras or similar equipment on the inflatables, these must be left out of the bouncing zone. * No food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the inflatables. * No belt buckles, clothing studs, loose change, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the inflatables. * No outside drinks or food permitted. This excludes birthday cakes for exclusive party packages. * The maximum weight limit is 18 stone and some activities have a minimum height restriction of 1.3m. * We reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and change the programme of zones/activities and or operating hours. Inflata City in its absolute discretion reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the zone/activity at any time or to restrict the number of persons having access to the zone/activity. * All special offers and specific daily deals are subject to availability and some may be restricted or unavailable during school holidays. * Inflata City reserves the right to refuse admission, ban entry to or remove from the park without refund to any person who’s presence or behaviour may effect the safety/enjoyment of other users or staff or who uses violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour or in any way behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace. All threatening and abusive behaviour towards any of our staff will be reported to the police. * Force Majeure and limitation: Where the event is prevented, frustrated or delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to riot, strikes, natural catastrophe, severely adverse weather, power failure, road closures) or any other cause beyond its control, Inflata City liability will be limited to refunding in full or part (at Inflata City option), rescheduling the event at a future date convenient to all parties. Not withstanding the generality of the above please note that all events may start late or overrun due to unforeseen delays. * Lockers are available for valuables, clothing, and phones etc. however your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk. Lockers work on a £1.00 refundable basis. Discounts and Promotional Codes From time to time we run promotional codes and discount cards through various media and these codes/cards cannot be used in conjunction with any product that is already discounted or where the product or package itself is a promotional product. All promotional and discount codes/cards will only be applicable to standard, normally priced products and packages. If using a discount code or card for a standard product. Cancellation/Amendment Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. No verbal cancellation / amendments will be accepted. All cancellations / amendments made within 7 days of the event date will be charged in full. No cancellations will be refunded on the day of the event and if you do not attend your event, arrive late or choose not to participate unless under extreme circumstances, which will be at Inflata City discretion. All additions to any event requiring food must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the event. Complaint procedure We are committed to providing you with the highest standard of service but if something does go wrong in the first instance ask to speak to the senior on duty at the park and see if it can be resolved. If you cannot resolve the problem on site then you may write to us at info@inflatacity.co.uk providing details of the problem and if possible supply the name of the person on site that you spoke to. Please note you must notify us within 7 days of the booking otherwise we will be unable to investigate for you. We aim to respond to all written notifications after our investigation, usually within 20 days of receipt.
