frequently
asked questions.

How old do you have to be to bounce?

The minimum age to bounce is 3 years old! All participants under the age of 18 must always be supervised by a parent or guardian as we are a parental supervision site. We run under 5 sessions to make sure that even our littlest guests can join in the fun. These are designed to be a safe and exciting space for children under 5.

Do I need to book in advance?

We can only accommodate for so many participants per hour, we advise you book online to avoid disappointment but welcome walk-in customers. Weekends and school holidays are our peak times.

Must I sign a waiver?

Yes. Every guest who partakes in the bouncing is required to sign a waiver. The waiver will last for a year and can be completed online before you arrive to speed up your entrance

Can someone else’s parent complete a waiver for me?

Yes. The parent or guardian making the booking will be responsible for completing all waivers for bouncers under the age of 18.

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?

If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or guardian with you and a waiver must still be completed by a parent or guardian prior to your bounce.

I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?

Yes, if you book on arrival. Online bookings require payment there and then, if you’re unable to do so you can pay upon arrival, but we can’t guarantee spaces, and you may have a longer wait for the next session.

Can I bring my own food?

No. Due to health and safety policies, only food and drink purchased from us at our café can be consumed on the premises.

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

Unfortunately bookings are non-refundable, we are happy to reschedule your booking or postpone it until you have a date you would like to move it over to.

Will I be told what to do?

All customers will be checked in and waiver is completed at reception you will be given a wristband and directed into the briefing room to watch a video about park rules, and how to stay safe. You will then receive a stamp and be instructed to make your way to the inflatable.

When do I need to arrive?

All guests must arrive for their fun filled session 30 mins before their start time, we also recommend allowing time for parking.

What happens if I am late?

You will lose your slot. You may be able to join in for the remainder of your session if we aren’t busy, but this can’t be guaranteed.

Where do I park?

We have limited spaces available, and the car park can fill up quickly, especially during weekends and school holidays. There is also a paid cark park at the top of our road if you park there and show reception your receipt upon arrival you will be given a token for a free milkshake. The car park is run by Horizon and if there app is not working please call 0330 333 8446 location ID 9273.
