Q: What time do I need to arrive for my party?
A: We advise you arrive 30 minutes before your party begins for parking and to be checked in. Any additional items you would like in the room i.e. balloons, cake, party bags, can be left at reception and the party host will take them up to your exclusive party room.
Q: How do I make the final payment for my party?
A: 7 days prior to your booking date you will receive a call to discuss all final details and confirm your total amount of guests to ensure we have all the info we need for your party. We will then send you a payment link via email or this can be done on site.
Q: Do all my guests need to sign a waiver?
A: We do ask all guests to sign an online waiver although we do have a backup paper waiver on site than will cover all your guests.
Q: What happens when I arrive?
A: You will be greeted by your party host at reception. They will ask you to sign a paper waiver that covers all children in the party, once this is signed your host will begin to sign in the children. The host will ask for their name, date of birth and which food option they would like (Cheese pizza or Hot dog both served with fries) we also double check if any children in the party have allergies to ensure each child is selecting the correct food option. They will receive a wristband and put their shoes in a colour coded bucket for your party and sent through to watch the safety video.

Once all children are seated in the party room the host will light the candles on the cake ready to sing happy birthday (if you have a cake and wish to sing).
